Personal Exercise Coaching

Waking up each morning with energy and vitality doesn’t have to be a dream.’

Why Exercise?

To re introduce exercise or increase the exercise in your life there will be a small element of discomfort. However, the benefits of moving your body on a daily basis will begin to show up in your life in all sorts of ways.

Our bodies are designed to move daily; in fact each bodily system we have absolutely relies on the flow and movement of all our other bodily systems in order to function effectively!

What is Personal Exercise Coaching?

Once you have made the decision to improve your health there will always be a question of

‘Which exercise should I do to get the results I want in the shortest amount of time?’

A personal exercise coach (also known as a personal trainer) will tailor an enjoyable exercise programme based on your own unique situation. By tailoring your programme to suit your goals you can speed up your results in the knowledge that you are safe. When you are working with me as part of my lifestyle revolution programme I will know exactly how to inspire and empower you towards creating the health and energy you desire.

How does it work?

After I have understood your current health condition and medical background from our initial consultation we form your unique exercise programme targeting all the areas important to you. Sessions last 60 minutes and are held in person and in most cases I will perform the exercises with you. If you are unable to get to my location in Hertfordshire your programme can be tailored. Please contact me here for more details.

How many Sessions will I need?

Clients who accomplish the best results do a combination of exercise coaching, natural health coaching and mindset in my popular lifestyle revolution programme available in person and by telephone.

Frequency of sessions is dependent on the amount of support you feel you need to begin. This will be covered in your initial consultation.
