Nutritional Therapy

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a natural approach to any health challenge you are currently experiencing. Many people discover Nutritional Therapy after having tried conventional medicine or fad diets with disappointing results.

Nutritional Therapy encourages us to work with the body instead of against it and the results can be truly astounding in a very short space of time. It is not based a particular diet or restriction of calories. Rather the emphasis is on eating and preparing the foods that are right for your unique condition, lifestyle and goals.

One persons medicine is another persons poison’

What is right for you will not be entirely right for your friend’s acquaintances or family. Nutritional Therapy helps you to identify how to eat for your unique make up.

How does it work?

A detailed case of your physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual symptoms will be taken in a relaxed and professional environment. We will also take a case history of how your health has been from birth and what sort of health your family experience. This detail allows me to map the most appropriate treatment programme for you going forward and more importantly allows us both to identify the real CAUSE of your current condition.

Consultations can be conducted over the phone or in person. To avoid one hit wonders I encourage my clients to invest in three sessions over a period of three months. However, the frequency of sessions will be entirely dependent on your own personal condition and need for support. Please contact me here.

I use a combination of hydrotherapy, supplements, diet, flower essences, light therapy and of course exercise and coaching in my sessions where appropriate.
