I use hypnotherapy to treat stress and frquently physically sick clients get better when their negative emtions are healed. Meditation is good to reduce stress. I used to have headaches most weeks and migraines every few months. I started meditating in 1986 and have not had a headache since.

Hi Fran,
From my expereince what you say is so true. Lots of water and natural food are the keys to health. And its cheaper than processed food and diuretic drinks!

Hi Fran, I like what you say and would like to come and see you but I do find some things a bit sensationalist. Is there scientific evidence to suggest that drinking one cup of a caffeine drink depletes the body of four cups of water?
Some people would espouse the benefits of drinking one cup of real black coffee in the mornings.
Processed foods have a high salt content and are bad for you I agree but salt on a counter attracting water I don't think is scientifically comparable to salt in the body.

I don't mean to question your greater knowledge on nutrition. I just didn't find the piece balanced.

Great information...this is a problem that can sneak up on you and when it does you soon realize how out of balance your body actually is - you FEEL it everywhere. The key is to rebalance the body, but the how to is a different story for each individual is unique. Would love to hear of any case studies that explain how to re-set the balance within. Lovely website, wonderful information and great writing style. Francesca

Hiya Darling Fran

How are you, Miss Business woman? Well done on your newsletter - if this your first?. And your revamped website, and subsidary websites as well. Woohoo! You're really making it happen aren't you? And your photos are lovely and refreshing, and nice nutritional information.

Did Dan help you revamp your site? It's lovely, light and airy now with all the white and green. But where are all the videos of Success University? They were great to view too.

I couldn't get a response in activating the link to your newsletter from the email you sent me, via my inbox when I clicked on it. So I had to go into your healthyfran signature at the bottom of the page, then select the Newletter link to open it from there. Is that right?

I like your warming casserole recipe too. I am also thinking on raw food warming recipes for the autumn, and earth element time that we've moved into. I might try a raw version of yours with the warming spices and see how it tastes and textures. Did you mean sweet potato in the recipe? I think you've written cut of sweet.
Good luck with it all.

I'm doing a one-off Nutrtion class for 14-18yrs next week; and a £10-a-head 40 people Lecture Talk at a local Events Cafe in November; and just done some training in EFT. Think maybe I should re-call myself a Holistic Healer Practitioner.

Keep going girl, the world needs us!!!
Love Louisaxxx

In order for your body to absorb calcium you need Vitamin D, and the best source is sunlight. Your next sunny day, take your glasses off if you have them, bare your face, arms and legs for up to 10 minutes. Not a bad way to de-stress too. The best calcium for your body is from vegetables that grow above ground; it's what puts the crunch into cabbage and lettuce, and the stalks have the most. Also exercise /weight loading for the spine, hips and wrist. Walking is great and tricep dips off a strong chair.
